The Space Outlaws may be taken in any Sisters of Battle army or Imperial Guard army. They count as one Elites choice and use the Wargear listed and no additional equipment.

Wargear:

Sergeant Ed: Master Crafted Power Sword, Bolter, Jump pack, Frag grenades and Melta bombs.

Lexicanum Edd: Force Sword, Master Crafted Plasma gun, Psychic Storm; range:24" S:6 AP:4 Assault 1/5" blast , Frag grenades and Krak grenades.

Captain Eddy: Terminator Armour, 2 Master Crafted Lightning Claws, Twin-Linked Storm Bolter.

           Special Rules:

Outlaws: Although Space Marine at heart, the Space Outlaws are not allowed to fight alongside their old battle-brethren. This means that only Imperial Guard and Sisters of Battle may ally with the Space Outlaws, not Space Marines, which even can fight against the Outlaws.

Inseperable: The Space Outlaws are inseprable. That means that you either take all three or you take none. On the battlefield, however, you may split them up to join squads or just let them work on their own. (A recommendation is to put them in the Command Squads though)

Bodyguards: The Outlaws of the Omega Squadron are known to protect their commanders against shots that would normally kill them. This means that if the Outlaws are within 6" (or 12" in Sergeant Edīs case) they may throw themselves in the way of shots that would kill the commander of the army outright.(Note: This test is taken after any saves.)
Roll a D6 for the Outlaws in 'range' and on a 4+, they get the wound instead.

Fearless: The Outlaws are completly fearless, and therefore they pass any Morale check or Leadership test called upon to take.

Psychic storm: Lexicanum Eddīs psyker power has got some special rules: Instead of taking the To Wound roll against the Toughness of the enemy, roll against his Initiative. If you hit him, he has to make a armour save or suffer a wound. Even if the wound is saved, the enemy is stunned for one turn and cannot move or shoot. Any hits scored in close combat against the model hits automatically. Lexicanum Edd also gets one roll on any Minor Psychic Powers table.

True Grit: Both Sergeant Ed and Lexicanum Edd has the True Grit ability, which allows them to get one extra attack dice as if armed with another pistol. They don't, however, get an extra attack dice from assaulting, as their weapons are too heavy for that.
