Lieutenant Charleston may be taken in any Blood Angel, Dark Angel or Death Angel army of at least 2,000 points. 
He counts as one HQ choice and leads the army. 
He uses the listed equipment and may be given no additional equipment.

Wargear: Artificer Armour (save modified above), Terminator Honours (bonus included above), Master Crafted Plasma Pistol, Power Sword, Jump Pack, Frag Grenades, Melta Bombs and Purity Seals. 

Special Rules: 

'I aimed for his head, I swear!': Charleston wasnīt very good on aiming as a scout, and he certainly hasnīt improved. That explain his 'poor' BS of 4. 

Fearsome Opponent: Charleston is reknowned for his ferocity in H-t-H combat, and he certainly lives up to the sayings! Any unit fighting Charleston auto-fall back if they loose. Charleston gives this extra rule to any unit he joins. 

8th Company commander: 8th company amongst the Death Angels (Dark and Blood Angels too) consists of only Assault Marines. To reflect this in game terms, two Troops choices may be exchanged for ONE Fast Attack choice in the army Charleston commands. The Troops choices can't become fewer than two. However, at least two of the Fast Attack choices must be Assault Squads and the Troops must be mounted in a transport to reflect 8th Company. 

Independent Character: Charleston is an Independent Character as described in the W40K rule book if not accompanied by a Command Squad.
