Character: Despite being a colonel in the Red army, Regan is at heart a very calm soul. He won't resort to violence if he can avoid it. In short, he's the epitome of the many years of peace that have been between the N-SGI and the Interstellar Federative Republic. However, Regan will do anything to keep the peace between the two galactic societies. As a person, he is calm and very selective when it comes to friends. His burly and muscly body might give the impression of someone who is aggressive, but Regan is quite the opposite. He's a tolerant man, and it will take much to anger him.
History: Regan started his career as officer of the Red army in his early thirties. Since then, he has but climbed the promotional ladder and has become one of the Anglo-Saxian systems' most well-known and loved Army officers. The main reason might be that few officers come from there. Most come from the Central systems. He has known Richard Tettler ever since his early days in the Army and the two are very close friends. He has also been taken into service of the Scientologists several times, most recently ten years ago on one of the Demon Worlds.
